2001 Upper Deck Golf - Player's Ink Gold Auto #'d to 25 |
Player's Ink Gold : a trading card that contains an authentic autograph & serial numbered to 25.
Each card in this subset is personally autographed by the depicted player. Also serial numbered with a print run of only 25. The Jack Nicklaus is in this series but it's not in the regular Player's Ink subset.
The complete set of Player's Inks Gold consists of 25 different PGA tour professionals.
There have been a few Player's Ink Gold's to surface without the stamped serial number. Those cards were replacements. Upper Deck guarantees the quality of their product, so if you happened to pull a Player's Ink Gold & it was damaged, UD would replace the card for you! A few made it out the back door!
Upper Deck produced a parallel set called Player's Ink, which have the same pictures but are not serial numbered.
They are also Green instead of Gold.
