2001 Upper Deck Golf - Golf Gallery Auto #'d to 50 |
Golf Gallery Auto: a trading card that contains an authentic autograph & hand numbered to 50.
Each card in this subset is personally autographed by the depicted player. Also hand numbered with a print run of only 50. Each card was signed with a bright blue sharpie. No black ink. All cards should be numbered with 4 digits. Example 01/50 not 1/50. On the back it should read "Congratulations" If it does not it is fake! There is a parallel set produced that is not numbered or signed!
The complete set of Golf Gallery Autographs consists of 5 different PGA tour professionals.
There have been a few Golf Gallery Auto's to surface without the hand number. Those cards were to be replacements. Upper Deck guarantees the quality of their product, so if you happened to pull a Golf Gallery Auto & it was damaged, UD would replace the card for you! Adding the appropriate #. There is a number 1/50 out there that has been written in by a 3rd party. Not a huge deal as the Auto is still legit!
